1. Non-Refundable
All tickets are strictly non-refundable.
2. Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable. In exceptional cases, transfers may be granted at the Promoter’s discretion. An admin fee will apply, and tickets may only be transferred once.
3. Resale
Tickets must not be resold without prior written consent from the Promoter. Any unauthorised resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Attendance & Group Bookings
If a ticket holder cannot attend due to personal reasons, the Promoter is not obliged to transfer the ticket to another date. For group bookings, all other ticket holders must still attend; non-attendance of one guest does not entitle others to cancel or refund.
5. Ownership & Admission
Tickets remain the property of the Promoter at all times and represent a personal licence to attend the event. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this licence and refuse admission at any time.
6. Event Entry
All tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter and/or the event venue. Admission may be refused at the discretion of the Promoter or event managers.
7. Personal Use Only
Tickets must be purchased for personal use only. They must not be packaged, combined, or used in connection with hospitality, travel, accommodation, merchandise, or any commercial promotion without written approval.
8. Event Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, or vary the event programme without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
